Literally on the call so uh Jordan let’s get right to it okay we’re gonna focus and create a product for Jordan’s brand I don’t know if you guys I’m familiar with this Jordan has a brand called the million dollar edit that is basically for video editors and

Uh you can see why that would be appealing to Jordan that’s right yes so uh Jordan we were talking about beforehand was okay if you had to if you could snap your fingers and create something that’s short and quick and you know like ebook style type thing you

Know I mean like a premium blog post that you could turn around and start selling to your audience this weekend what would it be and you gave us a title you gave us after we talked about it for a little bit what is the name of this

Product that we’re going to use AI to go create and sell right now yeah the natural step for my editing students is they want to go on to YouTube so they always have a lot of YouTube questions afterwards so I think we’re gonna try to make some kind of like YouTube launch

Kit YouTube starter kit something to say like here’s a checklist or uh a set of guidelines or an ebook or a mini course on how to start your very first YouTube channel I love it and those those you guys who are watching with us right now

You can literally do this with us Jordan let’s head over to chatgpt and check this out you guys have known this is an open source free AI Tool uh that is called again it’s called chat GPT I’m sure you guys have heard about it it’s from the guys at open AI uh they’re

Doing uh really really cool things with this but basically Jordan what are we looking at here right chat GPT is an AI that you basically say hey AI go write me 10 headlines about XYZ right go whatever it just and it returns a whole bunch of stuff looking at the old

Internet learning machine learning AI type stuff it is wild right so yeah it’s been a lot of fun to use this um you kind of can you the power of it is based on the prompts or the questions or the things that you ask it to do uh so as

Marketers uh we’ve been kind of playing around with it you know give me give me some fun headlines write a blog post write a uh catchy email newsletter create a create a click bait YouTube uh title and give me 10 different versions of it and then also what am I one of my

Favorite ones was right for you you wrote like before we get on it was like right clickbait headlines for the YouTube checklist start again yes and they were so cringy terrible but it was perfect it was exactly what we asked it to do it was unbelievable and they were terrible

Um anyway but so let’s go ahead let’s start writing right so let’s open up open up chat GPT and let’s start writing this product we’re gonna write an ebook well the YouTube launch checklist right so for us when we go to start and create something from scratch you go to create

A new product if someone is saying okay cool what should I go make that is going to help me monetize my audience I’m going to turn followers into customers what should I create right you always want to start with problems all right so here’s Jordan down here at the bottom

Jordan you have typed in what are some problems that beginners have when starting a YouTube channel I’m gonna try to zoom in as much as possible yeah uh just kind of asking that you know give me and then say uh give me 10 examples again it will think about it and this is

Like a great way to kind of like get in the mindset of your customer of like what are my customers problems what are they thinking about uh what are what are some things that maybe on this list that I could go tackle or solve today or think about uh dude creating a product

And we got like not having a clear focus on the niche or Channel zoom in on those two because I want to see this again what did we ask we asked what are some problems that beginners have when starting a YouTube channel right an AI

Or chat EBT goes out in the world and pulls stuff from popular YouTube videos from Big blog posts from you know whatever and returns this list let’s just read through some of these not having a clear Focus or Niche for the channel not knowing what equipment or software to use difficulty coming up

With ideas for videos lack of Confidence from the camera how much of this stuff sounds familiar okay if this sounds familiar to you guys watching like drop a hell yes in the chat because literally I mean it’s not perfect you know what I mean but dang that is these are all just

Kind of like trailheads that you can kind of run down to you say like okay you know a lack of I I know I’ve worked with a guy who makes a course about lack of confidence on your camera so like uh if you want to be better on camera like

You could say hey I like problem number four and I’m gonna go try to solve that problem and try to create an ebook a course a a service whatever I want to around that specific problem so uh so yeah these are all early problems that people have we could even say um you

Know what are some objections that people have to starting a YouTube channel let’s see I’m gonna make sure you spell everything what are some objections and it will you know now you can kind of get in the mindset of people lack of time lack of confidence uh lack of

Resources these are all just now it’s like we’re starting to think about we’re getting in the mindset of our customers what are their problems uh what are they experiencing every day why haven’t they solved this problem what’s holding them back uh and then this is also going to

Help us with sales copy if we’re thinking about writing some sales bullets or some headlines or some uh Facebook ads or YouTube videos about how to solve this problem or like if I can talk to your problem if I can talk about the things that you’re going through and

Struggling with uh then then I can start to create a solution for you I can create a product around it so I love it Jordan go ahead and scroll up because I think what we I think what we’re what we’re getting here is I think we’re

Circling okay cool I we’re gonna zoom in on on one or two of these problems right for the YouTube launch checklist right so something like lack of time lack of confidence lack of resources scroll back up let’s go to the top again to the the problems that people had I think the

Best one that we could help with in the YouTube launch checklist is going to be like problem number one not having a clear Focus or Niche right so let’s let’s say we pick one two or three of these things how do you dive in and get this thing to start writing an ebook

That is maybe gonna get you and remember guys for those of you guys who are watching this at home if you’ve never touched an AI tool like this before AI tools are not going to get you 100 of the way there they’re going to get you

The 95 of the way there right but we can take a lot of the repetitive head lifting out of this stuff by using tools exactly like this so now we’re going to say okay cool chat gbt you helped us figure out a problem that we want to go

Solve right now let’s start writing maybe we want a 2000 word blog post about this topic right about the idea of I need a focus and I need ideas for videos right like I mean Jordan you’re the YouTube expert you know I mean like for you why don’t you pick the problems

That you think your audience would be about and let’s pick yeah let’s see that will become the basis for this book and let chat GT start writing so let’s see write a uh what are you gonna say write a book outline yeah let’s do it okay all

Right let’s run a book outline for some of these problems and then I can uh and I can what I can do is like copy paste some of these problems so let’s say not having a clear Focus for the channel yep uh and well definitely number three difficulty

Coming up with ideas I think is a great one Perfect all right so yeah let’s do video editing and and post-production which one was that oh yeah number two there we go yeah yeah and so and you kind of write all this out in very like plain speak normal

English you don’t have to like think of like special syntax or whatever uh so write a book outline for some of these problems and then you put a little colon and say not having a clear focus and this and that um and anything else we want to add to

This guy like to tell it how many modules how many pages or just say let’s make it let’s make some magic I you know I would say make it make it aim this say write a six part outline all right so you get to like write a write a six

Part outline yeah and uh aim this towards beginners all right so now it’s gonna go to work here we go writing an outline introduction fun module number two finding your Niche finding your Niche look at that guys literally AI is creating this for us right this very

Second how about that that is freaking absolutely wild and this has massive implications for anybody who is writing blog posts anybody who’s creating digital products obviously that’s what we’re doing here again we are using AI today to create an ebook that Jordan is going to turn around and sell to his

Audience and make an extra thousand dollars this month from this one thing so uh uh pretty damn good so we have an introduction and the nice part about this is like these are if I’m having writer’s block or I’m not sure where to go um I could just start to use these as

The bullet point so I’m I’m not writing an entire book I’m not writing you know from page one to page 300 I’m just right now if I just had this outline I would just start right here and just explanations of the importance of having a clear Focus write a couple sentences

About that and then if I don’t want to talk about this right now I can scroll down so say all right let’s write a couple sentences about tips for identifying interest and passion and then you just that’s how you kind of slowly piece together your ebook or we

Could even tell Chad gbt to say hey write a little bit more give me some tips for identifying uh your interests and passions give me some techniques um but this is our outline and it’s pretty solid too for Success let’s take a look at some of this content too look

At tips for Success right um what’s this importance of consistency in uploading maintaining and schedule strategies for promoting your channel and getting subscribers advice for staying motivated and avoiding burnout Jordan I mean as the YouTube expert is this a good outline you know I mean like like what

Percentage is this in terms of like accuracy and good this is pretty solid like this is if I’m just starting from Ground Zero I have no YouTube experience like yes like figure out your Niche figure out what you’re passionate about um come up with some ideas how to record

How to record a video how to stay successful you know we talk about this in the like in course creation challenge like how to maintain and troubleshoot and like keep going like once you’ve solved the problem how to keep the Habit in place um and then conclusions you know a lot

Of points covered encouragement for the future uh so we can start here what do you want to take it now love it yeah let’s let’s start writing I mean so let’s go to go to the tips for success and let’s have it start writing like let’s take the bullet point number one

Right yeah write 200 words write three paragraphs write you know whatever about out how to be consistent in uploading and maintaining a YouTube schedule for YouTubers and let’s see let’s uh and then you can add these kind of tone things so I’ll talk to you about this a

Little bit Scott but you can like you can say like in the tone of Joe Rogan in the use witty tone use be funnier uh and even you could say like one of our favorite marketing books breakthrough advertising you could say like use the principles of breakthrough advertising

To write this or a great one is to use visceral emotional language which is great for sales great for just like getting into you know if I’m reading with my emotions I’m really more engaged than just like kind of reading a lot of facts while Jordan is is doing this one

I I was gonna say you go ahead and hit enter one of my favorite ones that I saw Jordan is I saw somebody who said Give me a recipe somebody like posted on Twitter it was like give me a recipe for lasagna written like the King James

Bible and it was just the most glorious you know like it was because it was just it was crazy it was absolutely crazy but that’s the cool part is you can then take this kind of stuff and tweak it and say you know what no I want it to be a

Little more lighthearted I want it to be you know hey dive into you know the specifics of how to make a great thumbnail right but I mean look at this thing right chat GPT is literally writing our ebook right before our eyes so there is consistency is crucial for

Any YouTube channel particularly when it comes to uploading and maintaining a schedule like some of it is a little Bland some of it’s very a little robotic but that’s where you’ve got you can take this you can copy it and then you start to inject your own okay I wouldn’t use

This word I would say something like this add you know add your personality add your own personal flavor to this kind of stuff but this is again a great start I love this one we can say rewrite it to be funnier we could say make this shorter let’s say uh you know rewrite

Like you’d even say like rewrite this at a sixth grade reading level and uh be funnier and again here’s the cool part guys is that this book your ebook that you could turn around and start selling is coming to life in front of your eyes right and so you know here

We are let’s we’re gonna have it rewrite as a sixth grade reading level right and give five action items using seven words or less I like that a lot so you can be really specific it’s like you know you can say like write me a blog post and then give me some action

Items and then write a 100 word summary about this and then give me 10 blogs action items to be consistent this is so cool set a schedule and stick to it brainstorm new ideas regularly stay updated on Trends use good equipment software so freaking good and so Jordan

Basically what we made an outline now this is now a really filled out one piece of the whole outline you know what I mean I mean what do we just we just had it basically write section five bullet point one right pretty much yep

And then uh and then we can you know not to say dumb it down but you know if you write it we don’t have to write it at a 10th grade level we can write it at a fifth grade level so that everyone can enjoy it read it uh and then add some

Action items you know the great part of bullet points are huge in the digital writing world if you can summarize something if you can you know design writing to be skimmed and scanned uh and yeah so you can just do this over and over and over until you have your ebook

Ready or it’s a whether it’s going to be a 100 page ebook or just a simple you know 10 page ebook ebooks don’t have to be uh these big long encyclopedia volumes best eBook we ever created ever in the history of what you know Brian and I this pre-sam card kind of days

About that was like I mean it was like 700 words but it was really valuable and it would have been even faster with something like this right guys if you guys enjoyed that demo of chat gbt again we have where this is it’s a free tool

We use chat GPT that was one AI tool now we’re going to move on to a different AI tool but we’re going to take what chat GPT gave us okay and go over to a tool that has built an AI tool that is built for design okay so Jordan a little bit

Different on this one right let’s go ahead we’ll bring this up this is a tool called drop deck okay and so the tool again that we have here we are not affiliated with drop deck again is another free tool but it is an AI tool for design all right and so here’s the

Really cool part you guys can see right here I’ve kind of been messing with it a little bit but let me go ahead I’m going to go back to my dashboard and just make something new kind of from scratch right so this tool right now is designed to

Create keynote slides right but it is perfect and I mean perfect right for someone who is you know if you’re trying to uh create and design a PDF you’re trying to create and design a keynote that you’re going to speak over to create a video course like that kind of

Thing right it is so unbelievably simple right so so let’s just start I’m just going to title this deck is the YouTube starter uh starter what is it YouTube launch checklist that’s what we said yeah why not there we go we could ask gbt for some like uh titles of our

Product or hey you gave me a catchy title give me 10 different variations right so let’s have a a title slide is the first thing we want to do here right and so let me go ahead but you know what I can do is I can actually using AI

Stuff I can say all right cool let’s uh let’s change some of these layouts right so it’s got a bunch of kind of pre-designed layouts and let’s say I want that one right there right but now I can click and I can replace this image and I’m going to start training you can

See right now the AI is already recommending okay it’s recommending images based on what I’ve already said right so you know the word launch like a boat launch so yeah I kind of went the wrong way on that one right but again you’re training the AI so if I said cool

YouTube launch checklist here’s my cover image right there I can click on this and say you know what what are my what what colors do I want to use here you know I mean maybe we’ll use like a blue color theme and and that’s what I want

Right there and then the more that you start pasting in your outline and your content you’re going to take what you got from chat GPT right and you can see right here I actually brought some stuff over into a Google doc and if all I do

Is just bring some of this stuff over right like I actually took our uh I took our six-part course outline right and if I just copied it and you could bring it over right from from chat gbt but if I bring it back over and I just

Click new slide and paste right look what just happened all of a sudden I have all kinds of different slides that are nice and laid out I can uh change any one of these things right so if I click on a slide I want to change the

Design of and I click on this this button right here right you can see it’s going to start uh you know giving me different options I can add uh extra images if I wanted to kind of double click on this one uh thing here I’m gonna go ahead and just insert and see

Another image yeah like the secret sauce of this is if you do not have any design skills and you know a lot of people say like oh just go over to canva but with canva you still have to have some design skills like understand the principles but with this it’s like hey we’ve

Already got it kind of lay it out for you we’ve got some nice pre-made templates for you that all you have to do is just kind of you know drag and drop or or choose whichever style and flavor of slideshow that you want to do exactly right yeah so if I come down

Here again I say all right cool I want to change up how some of these things look I mean now it’s going to start giving you more options right now it’s learning and I get a chance to say all right cool you know what I like this uh

Using virtually nothing I mean yeah this is all we’ve done here is some some AI generated imagery right and we’re gonna just start bringing in you know more stuff as we kind of work our way down through this uh down through this whole thing right so if I click on this

Slide right here I say you know what I don’t really like the way that one looks I’m going to change that from you know a title to a subtitle you know and I’m gonna say all right cool I want to click on the magic wand because you know what this one this

One needs a different layout you know I mean I I need this one should look more like this and I’m going to bring in an image you know up here you can move things around you can bring in uh bring in additional imagery it’s going to continue to kind of learn so here’s

What’s really cool as I’ve now brought in more and I bring it back up to this one as I’ve brought in more imagery that’s about video and about YouTube and about that kind of stuff right if I wanted to right I could bring in I could bring in whole sections of my

Text you know I mean so I could bring in an entire paragraph bring it back over here come down and hit new slide right and I’m just going to paste this in and now it says cool so now it’s learned and it’s giving me some more layouts right

It’s again it’s learning from the imagery that I’ve brought to it uh and yeah I mean you could you could do this entire thing you could bring your book in here you know step by step so if I said all right cool here’s my five bullet points that we had from that one

Here’s the really cool part right is that for you you can see how in just a little bit of time either you could create a slide deck that all of a sudden I click record screen and I’m gonna start talking through it say hey guys welcome to module number one right first

We’re going to talk about introduction you know introduction to YouTube and setting up your channel and you just talk to the bullet points that are on your screen right or you could literally have every word of your entire ebook on the screen like I did down here at the bottom right and

Someone is just gonna you’re gonna click you’re gonna export this whole thing right um and just like that I mean you have you have something that’s ready to sell right and so you guys can see how with chat GPT you create an outline you fill out that outline and you could bring it

Over to something like drop deck add some more images you know we’re we’re obviously being you know awfully you know quick and dirty here but let’s just say I wanted to you know in the in the next steps one let’s just say I wanted to you know add some add some additional

Imagery right so let’s go search for an image and say you know uh checklist you know maybe that’s what I want here I’ll click and add an image you know to the slide all of a sudden you know we’ve got a totally different look and feel and and it’s going to

Start recommending you know additional layout stuff that’s going to start recommending additional things and you get a chance to just go through every single one of these slides and create something that looks professional that looks really really nice as you kind of move your way through here right so that

Explain pay what you want while I’ll set this up here oh yeah pay what you want so it’s it’s in the name pay what you want uh so this is for people people that either aren’t exactly sure how to price their product or that they just

Kind of want to you know leave it open either it’s kind of a tip jar style but pay what you want is you set a minimum as the seller you set a minimum price and then you can also set a suggested price and your customers can pay uh

Anywhere up from the minimum and Beyond so if you say hey this product is at a minimum you have to pay me five dollars by the suggested price for this product is 15 we’ve seen people pay the 15 of course or just pay five we’ve even seen

Some people pay double that they’ll pay 30 they’ll pay 25 they’ll pay 50. all depending on like how much they love the product or how much they’re in love with you if they think that this is amazing or hey we just I just want to show your

Support they can drop 250 if they wanted to or whatever that it’s it’s totally up to the customer it gives the customer a little bit more power and control in the buying process and it makes kind of a fun experience especially for new new products and also for new sellers for

Sure yeah and so let me go ahead and zoom in I just want to show you how is exactly what I did here all I did was basically I just made some small tweaks right the the pay what you want you basically set a minimum price and then

You can set a suggested price right so it’s sort of like hey normally people pay 15 but anything over five will do right and then what I did is I came down and uploaded our PDF that we exported from the AI tool drop deck right so chat

GPT AI tool one wrote this thing for us drop deck designed this thing for us export it as a PDF and now Sam cart is going to deliver it for us right super super smooth and then all we do is we just need one page right so I’m going to

02:27 kind of can you the power of it is based
02:30 on the prompts or the questions or the
02:32 things that you ask it to do uh so as
02:34 marketers uh we’ve been kind of playing
02:36 around with it you know give me give me
02:38 some fun headlines write a blog post
02:40 write a uh catchy email newsletter
02:43 create a create a click bait YouTube uh
02:46 title and give me 10 different versions
02:48 of it and then also what am I one of my
02:50 favorite ones was right for you you
02:52 wrote like before we get on it was like
02:54 right clickbait headlines for the
02:56 YouTube checklist start again yes and
02:57 they were so cringy terrible but it was
03:00 perfect it was exactly what we asked it
03:02 to do it was unbelievable and they were
03:04 terrible
03:06 um anyway but so let’s go ahead let’s
03:08 start writing right so let’s open up
03:10 open up chat GPT and let’s start writing
03:12 this product we’re gonna write an ebook
03:14 well the YouTube launch checklist right
03:16 so for us when we go to start and create
03:19 something from scratch you go to create
03:21 a new product if someone is saying okay
03:23 cool what should I go make that is going
03:24 to help me monetize my audience I’m
03:27 going to turn followers into customers
03:28 what should I create right you always
03:31 want to start with problems all right so

03:48 like a great way to kind of like get in
03:50 the mindset of your customer of like
03:52 what are my customers problems what are
03:55 they thinking about uh what are what are
03:58 some things that maybe on this list that
03:59 I could go tackle or solve today or
04:01 think about uh dude creating a product
04:04 and we got like not having a clear focus
04:06 on the niche or Channel zoom in on those
04:08 two because I want to see this again
04:09 what did we ask we asked what are some
04:11 problems that beginners have when
04:12 starting a YouTube channel right an AI
04:15 or chat EBT goes out in the world and
04:17 pulls stuff from popular YouTube videos
04:19 from Big blog posts from you know
04:21 whatever and returns this list let’s
04:22 just read through some of these not
04:24 having a clear Focus or Niche for the
04:25 channel not knowing what equipment or
04:27 software to use difficulty coming up
04:29 with ideas for videos lack of Confidence
04:30 from the camera how much of this stuff
04:32 sounds familiar okay if this sounds
04:34 familiar to you guys watching like drop
04:36 a hell yes in the chat because literally
04:38 I mean it’s not perfect you know what I
04:41 mean but dang that is these are all just
04:44 kind of like trailheads that you can
04:45 kind of run down to you say like okay
04:46 you know a lack of I I know I’ve worked
04:49 with a guy who makes a course about lack
04:50 of confidence on your camera so like uh
04:52 if you want to be better on camera like
04:55 you could say hey I like problem number
04:56 four and I’m gonna go try to solve that
04:58 problem and try to create an ebook a
05:00 course a a service whatever I want to
05:03 around that specific problem so uh so
05:05 yeah these are all early problems that
05:08 people have we could even say um you
05:10 know what are some objections that
05:13 people have to starting a YouTube
05:15 channel
05:17 let’s see I’m gonna make sure you spell
05:19 everything what are some objections
05:21 and it will you know now you can kind of
05:24 get in the mindset of people lack of
05:26 time lack of confidence uh lack of
05:29 resources these are all just now it’s
05:31 like we’re starting to think about we’re
05:33 getting in the mindset of our customers
05:34 what are their problems uh what are they
05:37 experiencing every day why haven’t they
05:39 solved this problem what’s holding them
05:42 back uh and then this is also going to
05:45 help us with sales copy if we’re
05:47 thinking about writing some sales
05:48 bullets or some headlines or some uh
05:51 Facebook ads or YouTube videos about how
05:53 to solve this problem or like if I can
05:54 talk to your problem if I can talk about
05:56 the things that you’re going through and
05:58 struggling with uh then then I can start
06:01 to create a solution for you I can
06:02 create a product around it so I love it
06:04 Jordan go ahead and scroll up because I
06:05 think what we I think what we’re what
06:07 we’re getting here is I think we’re
06:08 circling okay cool I we’re gonna zoom in
06:10 on on one or two of these problems right
06:12 for the YouTube launch checklist right
06:14 so something like lack of time lack of
06:16 confidence lack of resources scroll back

06:19 problems that people had I think the
06:21 best one that we could help with in the
06:22 YouTube launch checklist is going to be
06:23 like problem number one not having a
06:26 clear Focus or Niche right so let’s
06:29 let’s say we pick one two or three of
06:31 these things how do you dive in and get
06:33 this thing to start writing an ebook
06:35 that is maybe gonna get you and remember
06:37 guys for those of you guys who are
06:38 watching this at home if you’ve never
06:39 touched an AI tool like this before AI
06:42 tools are not going to get you 100 of
06:45 the way there they’re going to get you
06:47 the 95 of the way there right but we can
06:50 take a lot of the repetitive head
06:52 lifting out of this stuff by using tools
06:54 exactly like this so now we’re going to
06:55 say okay cool chat gbt you helped us
06:58 figure out a problem that we want to go
07:00 solve right now let’s start writing
07:02 maybe we want a 2000 word blog post
07:04 about this topic right about the idea of
07:07 I need a focus and I need ideas for
07:09 videos right like I mean Jordan you’re
07:11 the YouTube expert you know I mean like
07:12 for you why don’t you pick the problems
07:14 that you think your audience would be
07:16 about and let’s pick yeah let’s see that
07:18 will become the basis for this book and
07:20 let chat GT start writing so let’s see
07:22 write a uh what are you gonna say write
07:24 a book outline yeah let’s do it okay all
07:26 right let’s run a book outline for some
07:28 of these problems and then I can uh
07:31 and I can what I can do is like copy
07:33 paste some of these problems so let’s
07:34 say not having a clear Focus for the
07:36 channel yep uh and
07:39 well definitely number three difficulty
07:42 coming up with ideas I think is a great
07:43 one Perfect all right so yeah let’s do
07:46 video editing and and post-production
07:49 which one was that oh yeah number two
07:52 there we go yeah
07:53 yeah and so and you kind of write all
07:55 this out in very like plain speak normal
07:58 English you don’t have to like think of
07:59 like special syntax or whatever uh so
08:01 write a book outline for some of these
08:03 problems and then you put a little colon
08:05 and say not having a clear focus and
08:07 this and that
08:09 um and anything else we want to add to
08:12 this guy like to tell it how many
08:13 modules how many pages or just say let’s
08:16 make it let’s make some magic I you know
08:18 I would say make it
08:20 make it
08:22 aim this say write a six part outline
08:26 all right
08:27 so you get to like write a write a six
08:29 part outline yeah and uh aim this
08:33 towards beginners
08:37 all right so now it’s gonna go to work
08:39 here we go writing an outline
08:41 introduction fun module number two
08:44 finding your Niche finding your Niche
08:46 look at that guys literally AI is
08:48 creating this for us right this very
08:50 second how about that that is freaking
08:52 absolutely wild and this has massive
08:55 implications for anybody who is writing
08:57 blog posts anybody who’s creating
08:58 digital products obviously that’s what
09:00 we’re doing here again we are using AI
09:02 today to create an ebook that Jordan is
09:04 going to turn around and sell to his
09:05 audience and make an extra thousand
09:07 dollars this month from this one thing
09:09 so uh uh pretty damn good so we have an
09:13 introduction and the nice part about
09:14 this is like these are if I’m having
09:16 writer’s block or I’m not sure where to

09:19 um I could just start to use these as
09:20 the bullet point so I’m I’m not writing
09:22 an entire book I’m not writing you know
09:25 from page one to page 300 I’m just right
09:27 now if I just had this outline I would
09:29 just start right here and just
09:30 explanations of the importance of having
09:32 a clear Focus write a couple sentences
09:34 about that and then if I don’t want to
09:36 talk about this right now I can scroll
09:37 down so say all right let’s write a
09:39 couple sentences about tips for
09:40 identifying interest and passion and
09:42 then you just that’s how you kind of
09:43 slowly piece together your ebook or we
09:46 could even tell Chad gbt to say hey
09:48 write a little bit more give me some
09:49 tips for identifying uh your interests
09:51 and passions give me some techniques
09:54 um but this is our outline and it’s
09:56 pretty solid too for Success let’s take
09:58 a look at some of this content too look
10:00 at tips for Success right
10:02 um
10:02 what’s this importance of consistency in
10:04 uploading maintaining and schedule
10:05 strategies for promoting your channel
10:06 and getting subscribers
10:08 advice for staying motivated and
10:10 avoiding burnout Jordan I mean as the
10:13 YouTube expert is this a good outline
10:15 you know I mean like like what
10:17 percentage is this in terms of like
10:18 accuracy and good this is pretty solid
10:22 like this is if I’m just starting from
10:23 Ground Zero I have no YouTube experience
10:25 like yes like figure out your Niche
10:28 figure out what you’re passionate about
10:31 um come up with some ideas how to record
10:33 how to record a video how to stay
10:35 successful you know we talk about this
10:37 in the like in course creation challenge
10:38 like how to maintain and troubleshoot
10:40 and like keep going like once you’ve
10:41 solved the problem how to keep the Habit
10:43 in place
10:44 um and then conclusions you know a lot
10:46 of points covered encouragement for the
10:48 future uh so we can start here what do
10:52 you want to take it now love it yeah
10:53 let’s let’s start writing I mean so
10:55 let’s go to go to the tips for success
10:58 and let’s have it start writing like
11:00 let’s take the bullet point number one
11:02 right yeah write 200 words write three
11:05 paragraphs write you know whatever about
11:08 out how to be consistent in uploading
11:11 and maintaining a YouTube schedule
11:15 for YouTubers and let’s see let’s uh and
11:19 then you can add these kind of tone
11:20 things so I’ll talk to you about this a
11:21 little bit Scott but you can like you
11:23 can say like in the tone of Joe Rogan in
11:26 the use witty tone use be funnier uh and
11:30 even you could say like one of our
11:32 favorite marketing books breakthrough
11:33 advertising you could say like use the
11:34 principles of breakthrough advertising
11:36 to write this or a great one is to use
11:38 visceral emotional language which is
11:41 great for sales great for just like
11:43 getting into you know if I’m reading
11:45 with my emotions I’m really more engaged
11:46 than just like kind of reading a lot of
11:48 facts while Jordan is is doing this one
11:51 I I was gonna say you go ahead and hit
11:53 enter one of my favorite ones that I saw
11:55 Jordan is I saw somebody who said Give
11:57 me a recipe somebody like posted on
11:59 Twitter it was like give me a recipe for
12:00 lasagna written like the King James
12:02 Bible and it was just the most glorious
12:05 you know like it was because it was just
12:07 it was crazy it was absolutely crazy but
12:09 that’s the cool part is you can then
12:11 take this kind of stuff and tweak it and
12:13 say you know what no I want it to be a
12:14 little more lighthearted I want it to be
12:16 you know hey dive into you know the
12:19 specifics of how to make a great
12:21 thumbnail right but I mean look at this
12:23 thing right chat GPT is literally
12:25 writing our ebook right before our eyes
12:27 so there is consistency is crucial for
12:29 any YouTube channel particularly when it
12:31 comes to uploading and maintaining a
12:32 schedule like some of it is a little
12:33 Bland some of it’s very a little robotic
12:35 but that’s where you’ve got you can take
12:36 this you can copy it and then you start
12:38 to inject your own okay I wouldn’t use
12:40 this word I would say something like
12:41 this add you know add your personality
12:44 add your own personal flavor to this
12:46 kind of stuff but this is again a great
12:47 start I love this one we can say rewrite
12:50 it to be funnier we could say make this
12:52 shorter let’s say uh you know rewrite
12:56 like you’d even say like rewrite this at
12:58 a sixth grade reading level
13:01 and uh be funnier and again here’s the
13:04 cool part guys is that this book your
13:07 ebook that you could turn around and
13:08 start selling is coming to life in front
13:10 of your eyes right and so you know here
13:13 we are let’s we’re gonna have it rewrite
13:14 as a sixth grade reading level right and
13:17 give five action items using seven words
13:19 or less I like that a lot
13:21 so you can be really specific it’s like
13:23 you know you can say like write me a
13:25 blog post and then give me some action
13:26 items and then write a 100 word summary
13:28 about this and then give me 10 blogs
13:31 action items to be consistent this is so
13:34 cool
13:34 set a schedule and stick to it
13:36 brainstorm new ideas regularly stay
13:37 updated on Trends use good equipment
13:39 software so freaking good and so Jordan
13:42 basically what we made an outline now
13:44 this is now a really filled out one
13:47 piece of the whole outline you know what
13:49 I mean I mean what do we just we just
13:50 had it basically write section five
13:52 bullet point one right pretty much yep
13:55 and then uh and then we can you know not
13:58 to say dumb it down but you know if you
13:59 write it we don’t have to write it at a
14:01 10th grade level we can write it at a
14:02 fifth grade level so that everyone can
14:03 enjoy it read it uh and then add some
14:06 action items you know the great part of

14:36 about that was like I mean it was like
14:38 700 words but it was really valuable and
14:41 it would have been even faster with

15:02 we use chat GPT that was one AI tool now
15:04 we’re going to move on to a different AI
15:06 tool but we’re going to take what chat
15:08 GPT gave us okay and go over to a tool
15:11 that has built an AI tool that is built
15:14 for design okay so Jordan a little bit
15:16 different on this one right let’s go
15:17 ahead we’ll bring this up this is a tool
15:20 called drop deck okay and so the tool
15:23 again that we have here we are not
15:25 affiliated with drop deck again is
15:26 another free tool but it is an AI tool
15:29 for design all right and so here’s the
15:31 really cool part you guys can see right
15:33 here I’ve kind of been messing with it a
15:34 little bit but let me go ahead I’m going
15:35 to go back to my dashboard and just make
15:37 something new kind of from scratch right
15:39 so this tool right now is designed to
15:42 create keynote slides right but it is
15:45 perfect and I mean perfect right for
15:48 someone who is you know if you’re trying
15:50 to uh create and design a PDF you’re
15:54 trying to create and design a keynote
15:55 that you’re going to speak over to
15:58 create a video course like that kind of
15:59 thing right it is so unbelievably simple
16:01 right so so let’s just start I’m just
16:03 going to title this deck is the YouTube
16:05 starter uh starter what is it YouTube
16:08 launch checklist that’s what we said
16:10 yeah why not there we go we could ask
16:12 gbt for some like uh titles of our
16:15 product or hey you gave me a catchy
16:17 title give me 10 different variations
16:18 right so let’s have a a title slide is
16:22 the first thing we want to do here right
16:23 and so let me go ahead but you know what
16:25 I can do is I can actually using AI
16:27 stuff I can say all right cool let’s uh
16:29 let’s change some of these layouts right
16:31 so it’s got a bunch of kind of
16:33 pre-designed layouts and let’s say I
16:35 want that one right there right but now
16:38 I can click and I can replace this image
16:40 and I’m going to start training you can
16:42 see right now the AI is already
16:44 recommending okay it’s recommending
16:46 images based on what I’ve already said
16:48 right so you know the word launch like a
16:51 boat launch so yeah I kind of went the
16:53 wrong way on that one right but again
16:54 you’re training the AI so if I said cool
16:56 YouTube launch checklist here’s my cover
16:58 image right there I can click on this
17:00 and say you know what what are my what
17:02 what colors do I want to use here you
17:03 know I mean maybe we’ll use like a blue
17:05 color theme and and that’s what I want
17:07 right there and then the more that you
17:09 start pasting in your outline and your
17:11 content you’re going to take what you
17:12 got from chat GPT right and you can see
17:15 right here I actually brought some stuff
17:16 over into a Google doc and if all I do
17:19 is just bring some of this stuff over
17:21 right like I actually took our uh
17:24 I took our six-part course outline right
17:26 and if I just copied it and you could
17:28 bring it over right from from chat gbt
17:30 but if I bring it back over and I just
17:32 click new slide and paste right look
17:34 what just happened all of a sudden I
17:36 have all kinds of different slides that
17:38 are nice and laid out I can uh change
17:41 any one of these things right so if I
17:42 click on a slide I want to change the
17:44 design of and I click on this this
17:46 button right here right you can see it’s
17:48 going to start uh you know giving me
17:50 different options I can add uh extra
17:52 images if I wanted to kind of double
17:53 click on this one uh thing here I’m
17:56 gonna go ahead and just insert and see
17:58 another image yeah like the secret sauce
18:00 of this is if you do not have any design
18:02 skills and you know a lot of people say
18:04 like oh just go over to canva but with
18:06 canva you still have to have some design
18:07 skills like understand the principles
18:09 but with this it’s like hey we’ve
18:11 already got it kind of lay it out for
18:12 you we’ve got some nice pre-made
18:13 templates for you that all you have to
18:15 do is just kind of you know drag and
18:16 drop or or choose whichever style and
18:18 flavor of slideshow that you want to do
18:20 exactly right yeah so if I come down
18:22 here again I say all right cool I want
18:23 to change up how some of these things
18:25 look I mean now it’s going to start
18:27 giving you more options right now it’s
18:28 learning and I get a chance to say all
18:30 right cool you know what I like this uh
18:32 I like this kind of side by side thing
18:34 and I want to keep going with uh you
18:35 know my my blue outline here right and
18:37 then I’ll go to the next slide and it’s
18:39 cool this is Introduction to setting
18:41 some things up right so if I want to say
18:43 you know what this isn’t really a title
18:44 this is a subtitle you know what I mean
18:46 and now I want to click on the magic
18:48 wand again and what’s it going to do
18:49 it’s going to continue to deliver more
18:52 and more well as I click back there it’s
18:54 going to deliver more and more options
18:56 for uh what this thing actually looks
18:58 like and I just clicked into the
19:00 different one sorry new one new one we
19:01 just made but you guys can see how easy
19:03 it would be to start designing something
19:05 that looks really really solid again
19:07 using virtually nothing I mean yeah this
19:10 is all we’ve done here is some some AI
19:14 generated imagery right and we’re
19:18 gonna just start bringing in you know
19:20 more stuff as we kind of work our way
19:21 down through this uh down through this
19:24 whole thing right so if I click on this
19:25 slide right here
19:27 I say you know what I don’t really like
19:28 the way that one looks I’m going to
19:29 change that from you know a title to a
19:31 subtitle you know and I’m gonna say all
19:33 right cool I want to click on the magic
19:34 wand because you know what this one this
19:36 one needs a different layout you know I
19:37 mean I I need this one should look more
19:40 like this and I’m going to bring in an
19:41 image you know up here you can move
19:43 things around you can bring in uh bring
19:46 in additional imagery it’s going to
19:47 continue to kind of learn so here’s
19:49 what’s really cool as I’ve now brought
19:51 in more and I bring it back up to this
19:54 one as I’ve brought in more imagery
19:55 that’s about video and about YouTube and
19:57 about that kind of stuff right if I
19:59 wanted to right I could bring in
20:01 I could bring in whole sections of my
20:04 text you know I mean so I could bring in
20:05 an entire paragraph
20:08 bring it back over here come down and
20:10 hit new slide right
20:12 and I’m just going to paste this in and
20:14 now it says cool so now it’s learned and
20:16 it’s giving me some more layouts right
20:18 it’s again it’s learning from the
20:19 imagery that I’ve brought to it uh and
20:21 yeah I mean you could you could do this
20:24 entire thing you could bring your book
20:25 in here you know step by step so if I
20:28 said all right cool here’s my five
20:30 bullet points that we had from that one
20:31 section that that chat gbt brought our
20:33 way right I’m gonna click new slide yep
20:35 it’s got clarify like what we’re
20:37 building here it’s like this could be
20:39 your ebook this doesn’t this doesn’t
20:41 absolutely be the entire ebook yeah 100
20:44 this could be your entire ebook and so
20:46 here’s the really cool part right is
20:48 that for you you can see how in just a
20:51 little bit of time either you could
20:53 create a slide deck that all of a sudden
20:55 I click record screen and I’m gonna
20:57 start talking through it say hey guys
20:59 welcome to module number one right first
21:00 we’re going to talk about introduction
21:02 you know introduction to YouTube and
21:03 setting up your channel and you just
21:05 talk to the bullet points that are on
21:06 your screen right or
21:08 you could literally have every word of
21:10 your entire ebook on the screen like I
21:13 did down here at the bottom right and
21:14 someone is just gonna you’re gonna click
21:16 you’re gonna export this whole thing
21:18 right
21:19 um and just like that I mean you have
21:21 you have something that’s ready to sell
21:22 right and so you guys can see how with
21:25 chat GPT you create an outline you fill
21:27 out that outline and you could bring it
21:29 over to something like drop deck add
21:31 some more images you know we’re we’re
21:32 obviously being you know awfully you
21:34 know quick and dirty here but let’s just
21:35 say I wanted to you know in the in the
21:38 next steps one let’s just say I wanted
21:40 to you know add some add some additional
21:42 imagery right so let’s go search for an
21:44 image and say you know uh
21:47 checklist you know maybe that’s what I
21:49 want here I’ll click and add an image
21:50 you know to the slide all of a sudden
21:52 you know we’ve got a totally different
21:54 look and feel and and it’s going to
21:56 start recommending you know additional
21:58 layout stuff that’s going to start
21:59 recommending additional things and you
22:01 get a chance to just go through every
22:02 single one of these slides and create
22:04 something that looks professional that
22:06 looks really really nice as you kind of
22:08 move your way through here right so that
22:10 is designing your ebook you guys could
22:12 do that and then you come in here and
22:14 the only thing you do is Click Share uh

23:12 say uh you know what I want to make this
23:13 a pay what you want product so Jordan
23:15 explain pay what you want while I’ll set
23:18 this up here oh yeah pay what you want
23:20 so it’s it’s in the name pay what you
23:21 want uh so this is for people people
23:23 that either aren’t exactly sure how to
23:25 price their product or that they just
23:27 kind of want to you know leave it open
23:28 either it’s kind of a tip jar style but
23:32 pay what you want is you set a minimum
23:34 as the seller you set a minimum price
23:36 and then you can also set a suggested
23:39 price and your customers can pay uh
23:42 anywhere up from the minimum and Beyond
23:45 so if you say hey this product is at a
23:47 minimum you have to pay me five dollars
23:49 by the suggested price for this product
23:50 is 15 we’ve seen people pay the 15 of
23:54 course or just pay five we’ve even seen
23:55 some people pay double that they’ll pay
23:57 30 they’ll pay 25 they’ll pay 50. all
24:00 depending on like how much they love the
24:02 product or how much they’re in love with
24:03 you if they think that this is amazing
24:05 or hey we just I just want to show your
24:06 support they can drop 250 if they wanted
24:09 to or whatever that it’s it’s totally up
24:11 to the customer it gives the customer a
24:13 little bit more power and control in the
24:14 buying process and it makes kind of a
24:16 fun experience especially for new new
24:18 products and also for new sellers for
24:20 sure yeah and so let me go ahead and
24:22 zoom in I just want to show you how is
24:23 exactly what I did here all I did was
24:24 basically I just made some small tweaks
24:27 right the the pay what you want you
24:28 basically set a minimum price and then
24:30 you can set a suggested price right so
24:32 it’s sort of like hey normally people
24:33 pay 15 but anything over five will do
24:36 right and then what I did is I came down
24:38 and uploaded our PDF that we exported
24:40 from the AI tool drop deck right so chat
24:43 GPT AI tool one wrote this thing for us
24:47 drop deck designed this thing for us
24:49 export it as a PDF and now Sam cart is
24:51 going to deliver it for us right super
24:53 super smooth and then all we do is we
24:55 just need one page right so I’m going to
24:57 come over to the checkout design library
24:59 inside of Sam cart
25:00 and you can see we have all of these
25:02 beautiful pre-designed templates for you
25:04 right that are built to start selling
25:07 off one very very simple page but

25:30 with text about product we’ve just made

25:40 what the YouTube starter checklist is

25:44 text why don’t you bring up chat GPT and

25:48 some of these bullet points as uh as I
25:50 keep editing this page I’m kind of
25:51 jumping back into this chat so I’m
25:52 writing uh give me three sales bullet
